Integrium Nutrition Terms of Service

Effective date: October 5, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the websites and signup pages operated by Integrium Nutrition LLC (“Integrium Nutrition,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including integriumnutrition.com, and purchases and services offered through those websites (collectively, the “Services”).

Please read these Terms before placing an order or enrolling in a program. When you affirmatively accept these Terms through checkout, account registration, or another acceptance mechanism, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not complete that transaction or enrollment. Any additional terms presented for a specific program apply to that program. Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Customer Information

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order, create an account, or enroll in a subscription or marketing text program. If you act for another person or organization, you must have authority to do so.

Provide accurate, current contact, billing, and shipping information. If you create an account, protect your login credentials and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account; this provision does not make you responsible for activity resulting from our failure to meet obligations imposed by law.

Our store initially accepts orders for delivery within the United States, subject to the destinations available at checkout. Availability of a product does not mean it is appropriate for every customer or location.

2. Health Information and Supplement Use

Website articles, educational materials, product information, and communications provide general information. They do not establish a healthcare-provider relationship or replace individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional about supplement use, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, have a medical condition, are preparing for surgery, or have allergies. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking care because of information provided through our Services.

Read the current product label, Supplement Facts, ingredients, directions, and warnings before each use. Use products only as directed. Do not use a product with a damaged or missing safety seal where a seal is provided. Keep supplements out of reach of children.

If you experience a suspected adverse reaction, stop using the product and seek appropriate medical advice. Contact us at support@integriumnutrition.com to report a product concern. For a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number; our customer support and chat services are not emergency services.

Individual responses vary. We do not guarantee a particular health, fitness, performance, or other result. This statement does not reduce any express product warranty or legally required consumer protection.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Product Descriptions and Availability

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Images are illustrative; screen settings and packaging updates may affect appearance. Consult the label on the product received for its current directions and warnings. Contact us before use if the product received materially differs from the description or if information appears inconsistent.

We may change future offerings or discontinue products. We may limit quantities or refuse orders reasonably suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, or circumvention of purchase limits. These decisions will not override obligations for orders already accepted or rights required by law.

4. Orders, Acceptance, and Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt; it does not by itself constitute acceptance. We accept an order when we send a shipping confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

You authorize our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping. Payment may be authorized or collected before shipment. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled items and related charges, as applicable.

If a material pricing or description error affects an order before acceptance, we will contact you to obtain approval of the corrected terms or cancel the affected order and refund amounts collected. We will not increase the charge for an existing order without your agreement.

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Price changes apply to future purchases, subject to any specific subscription terms and legally required notices.

5. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions are subject to the eligibility, expiration, exclusions, purchase requirements, and combination rules disclosed with the offer. Apply eligible codes before completing checkout unless the offer states otherwise.

We may decline a code that is expired, obtained fraudulently, or used contrary to its disclosed conditions. We may change or end offers prospectively; doing so will not alter a discount already validly applied to an accepted order.

6. Shipping, Order Changes, Returns, and Refunds

Our Shipping & Returns Policy, made available before checkout, explains processing, delivery, returns, and refunds and forms part of the purchase terms you accept. Any product-specific conditions must be disclosed before purchase.

Processing and delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. If a shipping delay occurs, we will provide notices, cancellation options, and refunds as required by applicable law.

Contact support@integriumnutrition.com promptly to request an order change or cancellation. Once fulfillment has started, we may be unable to change or stop shipment; any return remains subject to the applicable policy and law.

Report damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. Please include your order number and, where reasonably useful, photographs. Return-policy conditions do not limit remedies required by law for defective or misdescribed goods.

Cancellation of a subscription stops future recurring orders as described below; it does not automatically return or refund an order already processed.

7. Subscriptions and Recurring Orders

This section applies only if you expressly enroll in a subscription, such as Subscribe & Save. A one-time purchase does not enroll you in recurring deliveries.

Before enrollment, we will disclose the products, recurring price or pricing method, applicable discount, billing and delivery frequency, taxes and shipping charges, and how to cancel. By separately authorizing the recurring arrangement, you permit recurring charges according to those disclosed terms until you cancel.

You may cancel future recurring orders through the online cancellation method provided with your subscription, or contact support@integriumnutrition.com for assistance. Cancellation received before the next scheduled charge stops that charge and later recurring charges. If a charge has already been processed, contact us promptly; the corresponding order is handled under our Shipping & Returns Policy and applicable law.

Skipping or pausing deliveries is available only where the subscription controls expressly offer those features. We will give any notices and obtain any further consent required by law before changes to recurring prices or material subscription terms take effect. We will not substitute materially different products without your agreement.

8. Email and SMS Communications

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages. Necessary order, safety, and customer-service communications may continue.

If you separately opt in to our text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring promotional messages from Integrium Nutrition, including product announcements and offers, using automated technology where applicable. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Providing a phone number at checkout or in an optional signup field, accepting these general Terms, or subscribing to email does not itself enroll you in promotional texts. You must be the subscriber or authorized user of the number provided and have authority to consent.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or email support@integriumnutrition.com. After opting out, you may receive a non-promotional confirmation. We will also honor other legally valid revocations of consent.

Tell us if you change or relinquish your number so we can update our records. Message delivery depends on participating carriers and network availability and may be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile information and consent records. Opting out of promotional messages does not automatically cancel an order or subscription.

9. Customer Support and Automated Chat

If we provide an automated or AI-assisted chat tool, its responses may contain errors or omit relevant information. The tool provides general product and customer-support information, not medical advice or emergency assistance.

Confirm product directions and warnings against the current label. Contact our support team for clarification about orders, policies, or information that appears inconsistent. An automated response does not modify these Terms or authorize a special discount, refund, or warranty unless we expressly confirm the change through an authorized representative.

Do not submit full payment-card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, or unnecessary sensitive health information through chat. Information submitted through chat is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Nothing in this section excuses misleading statements or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Intellectual Property

Our Services contain text, images, graphics, videos, product names, trademarks, logos, and other materials owned by or licensed to Integrium Nutrition.

You may access the Services and use their content for lawful personal purposes. Except as allowed by law or with permission from the rights holder, you may not reproduce, sell, commercially distribute, modify, or use our materials or branding in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights or falsely suggests endorsement.

No ownership of our intellectual property transfers to you. Rights not expressly granted are reserved.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Services to commit fraud, impersonate another person, submit unauthorized payment information, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, interfere with security or functionality, access restricted systems without permission, or unlawfully collect others’ personal information.

Automated collection that circumvents access controls or materially burdens the Services is prohibited. This section does not restrict rights protected by law, including lawful consumer complaints, honest reviews, or communications with regulators.

12. Reviews and Other Public Submissions

Reviews must reflect your honest experience. Disclose a free product, payment, employment, or other material connection when required. Do not submit unlawful material, private information about others, infringing content, or false statements presented as fact.

You retain ownership of reviews and other content you submit for public display. You grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display that content in connection with the Services and the products reviewed. Formatting must not distort your meaning. Separate permission will be sought where needed for advertising uses beyond this purpose.

We may moderate submissions containing spam, unlawful or infringing material, private information, or content unrelated to the product or service. We do not prohibit or penalize honest negative reviews or remove reviews solely because they are unfavorable.

This public-content license does not apply to private support messages, payment information, or privacy requests.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may link to or use third-party platforms for checkout, payments, communications, shipping, or other functions. Third-party sites and tools may have their own terms and privacy policies.

A link does not necessarily imply endorsement. We do not control independently operated third-party sites. However, using third-party providers does not eliminate our obligations to you under an accepted order or applicable law.

14. Website Warranties and Consumer Rights

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND GENERAL INFORMATIONAL TOOLS ARE PROVIDED AS AVAILABLE, WITHOUT A GUARANTEE OF UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, ERROR-FREE CONTENT, OR SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSE.

THIS WEBSITE DISCLAIMER DOES NOT DISCLAIM PRODUCT WARRANTIES, OVERRIDE AN EXPRESS PROMISE WE MAKE ABOUT A PRODUCT, OR EXCLUDE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONSUMER REMEDIES THAT APPLICABLE LAW PROTECTS.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived, including applicable rights relating to defective goods, misleading descriptions, or consumer protection.

15. Limitations of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTEGRIUM NUTRITION AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL ECONOMIC LOSSES ARISING FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE OR INFORMATIONAL TOOLS, SUCH AS LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA.

FOR CLAIMS ARISING SOLELY FROM WEBSITE OR INFORMATIONAL-TOOL USE, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED $100, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THIS CAP DOES NOT APPLY TO PRODUCT PURCHASES, REFUND OBLIGATIONS, OR CLAIMS CONCERNING PRODUCT SAFETY OR DEFECTS.

THE EXCLUSIONS AND CAP DO NOT APPLY TO DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY, FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF NONWAIVABLE WARRANTIES, OR ANY LIABILITY OR REMEDY THAT APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT PERMIT US TO LIMIT.

Some jurisdictions restrict liability limitations; these provisions apply only to the extent lawful in the circumstances. Nothing in these Terms requires a customer to assume liability for our unlawful conduct.

16. Responsibility for Unlawful Misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Integrium Nutrition and its officers, members, employees, and agents for third-party claims, reasonable damages, and reasonable legal expenses caused by your intentional unlawful misuse of the Services or your submission of content that infringes another person’s rights.

This obligation applies only to the extent a claim is attributable to your conduct. It does not apply to ordinary product use, an honest review, a good-faith complaint, or a claim caused by our negligence, misconduct, or breach of legal obligations.

We will give reasonable notice of a covered claim and an opportunity to participate in its defense. No settlement may impose a nonmonetary obligation or admission on you without your consent.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a material violation of these Terms, fraud, a security threat, or unlawful activity. Where practical and appropriate, we will provide notice.

Suspending access does not eliminate our obligations concerning accepted orders, approved refunds, or applicable consumer rights. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Maryland law, without applying conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections applicable to you remain in effect.

If a dispute arises, please contact support@integriumnutrition.com so we can try to resolve it. Informal contact is encouraged but does not prevent either party from filing a timely claim, seeking urgent relief, or contacting a regulator.

Subject to applicable law and any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes will be heard in Maryland state courts located in Howard County or federal courts in the District of Maryland. Qualifying small-claims matters may be brought in a court with jurisdiction where you reside.

These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a jury-trial waiver.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version and effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required by law.

Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter accepted orders or accrued claims. If new agreement is required for a transaction or program, we will obtain that agreement before applying the revised terms.

20. General Provisions

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply, unless doing so would defeat the agreement’s essential purpose. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive future enforcement.

These Terms and the policies or program terms expressly incorporated into a transaction constitute the agreement for that transaction. Specific offer terms govern that offer if they conflict with general provisions, subject to applicable law.

We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a lawful business transfer, provided the transfer does not diminish your existing rights. You may not transfer your contractual rights or obligations without our consent, except where applicable law permits.
